Whether you're an advanced black tea lover or someone looking to try something new, blind tea tastings are probably one of the most fun events we offer!

While our tea is brewing, we'll give a small talk about what black tea is, how to prepare it, and what you can expect out of each of the four varieties we'll be offering.  Then we'll pour you a sample of each of the four cups, letting you compare their color, aroma, and flavors.  You'll have a small pad of paper to write down your impressions: which did you like, how did they taste, what was the color like.  Finally, we'll ask you to try to match the teas you tried to their names.

-Wild Lapsang Souchong
